Looking for a cart that can be attached to a bike

Hello all! I'm looking for a cart that can be attached to a bike to transport things in. I work at a small car home. One of our residents rides his bike to the recycling center to recycle cans for money. He is 72 and a bit of an eccentric person, but he is the most polite, kind and considerate person I know. He doesn't have much money, that's why he does the recycling. He says he is earning money for his funeral. I'm affaid he is going to hurt himself trying to ride his bike and carry bags of recyclables. Today he had three bags and it looked very precarious. It would be awesome if someone out there had some kind of cart that they no longer needed, and don't mind giving away. Drop me a line if you might be able to help out! Thanks!
