EAGAN, MN — Eagan City Council recently approved plans to construct a new memory care facility, according to a report by Sun Thisweek. DigniCare of Eagan will have 32 memory care private suites, 18 high-care assisted living units and 14 memory care units, the publication reported. The property, which currently includes two unplatted land parcels at 3305 and 3325 Lexington Avenue, was recently rezoned from agricultural land to special area/office/service, the report said.
