This bid request contains two (2) work items which must be quoted or priced separately. 1) Approximately 700 linear feet of landscape or garden bed edging with a 3.5" to 4" deep V cut. Cuttings can be picked up and disposed in nearby wooded area. Given the size of the job, the use of a commercial landscape bed edger such as a E-Z Trench BE400 or similar may be required. For new beds, property owner will pre-mark ground with paint prior to cut. 2) Installation of 90 bales of clean long needle pine straw on existing garden beds. Please no slash or short leaf needles. Installation must include blow and tuck around beds, walks and driveway. Owner will need to count number of bales before they are spread on beds. Bid must include all materials, equipment, labor and other charges. Would like work completed between February 15 and March 1, 2022. Contractor must be insured and a registered business in the State of NC.
