Pitbull pup needs new home

I have an almost 4.5 month old pup looking for a new home. I gave her the spectra 5 vaccine she is due for the spectra 9 or 10 now. She has been dewormed since birth and I dewormed her again today. She is very playful and full of energy. I have to rehome her due to my apartment complex getting a new landlord and they don’t allow to breed. There is a Rehoming fee but im willing to negotiate just to find her a good home. I can send videos upon request or I can video chat with you.
