Looking to hire a drywall contractor to hang and finish all drywall in the house and garage. We have hung some drywall in the garage already. Remaining drywall to hang is approx 7500sf House has 8ft ceilings, except in the living room, where there is a cathedral ceiling about 10ft. Garage has 10ft walls You will have to finish both the house and garage. Jobsite will need to be cleaned up when you are done, all dust, mud, mess created by you must be cleaned up by you so jobsite is ready for painters. This includes vacuuming. Pay for labor only will be $6000. I will pay for all materials. Pay shall be released in phases as it is completed. Hanging $2800 Finishing $2800 After Priming has been completed (by painters) $400 Timeline for completion is 14 days. I expect you to have a crew of 4 to hang the drywall quickly. Penalty for not being complete within the 14 day timeframe is $75 per day, which shall be strictly enforced. I will be hiring painters to come in immediately after you are done. You shall be responsible for all cleanup including vacuuming all dust and mess created by the drywall installation and finishing. I will be asking for references.
