Need a crew of 3 guys SUN to move basement unit out to a storage unit

I have a complex move necessary on Sunday, January 10th starting at 10 a.m. Each part of it is quite simple, but there are multiple steps: I need a crew of three moving guys to take about 30-40 moving boxes out of the basement of a rowhouse on NE Capitol Hill, and load those into a uhaul truck. Very little of it is heavy - no furniture, almost all boxes and loose items. Then we will need to go to my older, smaller storage unit (Bladensburg Rd NE and Eastern Ave NE - 10 mins away from the rowhouse) and take everything out of that and put it on the truck. That is a 10x15' unit and it has mostly folding tables, bikerack barricade, more boxes, and other event supplies for a business - no heavy furniture or fragile items. And then finally, we need to unload everything on the truck into a new, larger storage unit (1240 Mt Olivet Road Ave NE - also about 10 mins away). Both storage units are on the ground floor - no elevators and both are a very straight shot into the unit at each location and each location has lots of wheeled carts. Again, I don't need a truck, just THREE individuals who have reliable transportation and can get to the rowhouse on Capitol Hill NE at 10 a.m. on Sunday, then drive themselves to the storage unit This is important: you MUST show proof of vaccination for this gig and we will provide you a rapid covid-19 test immediately before the gig begins, it's the rules of the company for any contractors. You will need reliable transportation to drive from the basement unit location to the first and second storage places, it's about a 8 mile drive in total - do not apply if you do not have transportation. We'd ideally find a group of 3 folks who know each other and work well together, so please, if you are ONE, TWO, or FOUR, please don't apply - we simply want 3 people. We think this will take between 2.5 and 4 hours, so a bit of a moving target - so I think the easiest thing to do is send us a flat quote for three guys for for 2.5 hours and then an additional hourly rate to be pro-rated on top of that if we go over. Send us a one line email with a description of your crew, confirming each of their vaccination status (we'll need to see that on the day of the gig - a photo on your phone is fine), and a proposed price for the service described above, and we'll pick the group that is the best fit.
