GUITARIST NEEDED

Seeking a competent, experienced Guitarist for post-punk/alternative cover band. Ability to add vocal harmonies desired (but not crucial). This band is being assembled by former lead singer of bands Sorry About Your Daughter, combinationLOCK, and Vicious Martinis along with drummer and former Bayou GM. Our goal is to have a weekly practice session until 3 full sets are learned, then play shows several times each month. (Practice location not yet set but likely in Montgomery County or Fairfax County). We will cover songs from The Smiths, The Cure, Depeche Mode, INXS, The Psychedelic Furs, REM, The Alarm, The Jesus & Mary Chain, Echo & The Bunnymen, and more. Must be reliable, punctual and competent -- able to learn the songs in a reasonable amount of time. No debauchery or aggressive behavior issues. Must have stage appropriate gear and transportation.
