Freezing outside going down to 12 degrees - please keep pets indoors

Please remember to keep your pets (cats, dogs, etc.) indoor as it is absolutely freezing outside - water will freeze and these animals can die from hypothermia. Also if you need to go out put on your down coats it is soo cold. If you see a stray cat/dog bring him inside or at least put in garage or basement till his owner is found.
