The Make Ready Technician is responsible for general maintenance, repair and upkeep of property facilities and apartment homes. The Make Ready Tech prepares apartments for move-in which includes the investigation, troubleshooting and repairing of appliances, HVAC units, electrical outlets, painting, plumbing, locks, and light carpentry.
