Evening babysitter/ mother's helper needed

We are two physicians in need of help with childcare and housekeeping primarily in the evenings, from between 3p-9p (hours can be flexible). We have three young children, ages 5, 3 and a 5-month-old baby, and are looking for someone to help us with childcare/ babysitting but also some light housekeeping (laundry, kitchen clean up, tidying/organization). We will mostly be home and babysitter will be working alongside us. Pay is $25/hour. Need someone who is reliable, detail oriented and comfortable with babies. MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (need not apply if not vaccinated, please). Professional childcare experience preferred.
