Liberty Exposition Services Inc. is a full-service general service contractor providing professional, creative and affordable solutions for trade shows, conventions, corporate meetings and special events. We provide total services from initial planning to close of show and beyond. We are currently seeking a reliable, self -starting individual for our Drapery department. Successful candidate will help the team to execute flawless trade show events by assisting with drapery orders making sure that order is prepared accurately and timely. Minimum Qualifications: High school Diploma or equivalent Must be able to Lift and or move up to 25 pounds and push and pull up to 50 pounds Prior experience in the Drapery & linen helpful but NOT mandatory Must have knowledge to operates a sewing machine and sew by hand to repair draperies Measure and cut material according to specifications Keep track of drape inventory Must be able to read and understand work orders – accurately count equipment for show orders Basic Mathematical skills Good Communication skills and a professional demeanor Must be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Must be able work with others independently Must have reliable transportation Mush be able to operate pallet jack Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness Perform other duties as required Must have a Class E Driver's License or greater Work Schedule: Business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
