We are looking for clean-out and cosmetics crew for vacant foreclosed homes scattered all over OH Your job..... Pitch house contents into dumpster(we pay for the dumpster) some homes have very little trash compared to others Paint exterior decks and worn out wood (white paint) then paint white interior walls For the white exterior painting and wall painting a PAINT SPRAYER with a generator (No Electric in building)would be required.. Roll paint the floor red-brown and paint front door cherry red(see pictures of our last interior) We pay for all paint materials..There are some occasional drywall sheets that need replaced. Lipstick treatment needed make it look as good as possible for our selling Get the property PREPARED FOR SALE (clean and attractive for marketing pictures) this is a job that any semi-handy-skilled person can handle YOU MUST TAKE NICE PICTURES WHEN DONE TO BE PUT ON INTERNET FOR SALES-MARKETING I do MANY of these bank owned properties in OH..if you are GOOD/RELIABLE/ VERY AFFORDABLE you will get MANY gigs Your pay....
