E & E Capital Management is looking to hire a groundskeeper for our 116 unit apartment community in Conyers, GA. This will include maintaining the landscaping; we will provide the equipment. We also have buildings that have shared hallways that will need cleaning & mopping. You'll also need pick up trash throughout the community and help with trashing out vacant units that may have large pieces of furniture in the unit and around the dumpster.
This is a part time position, we will pay up to $1500 per month. Serious, dependable, reliable candidates only. You'll be required to submit a background check.
