My Business IG Account was hacked. Time is critical as at the end of the month, I am applying for a women owned business grant that looks critically at social media. Unfortunately the hackers changed my email and username. When my email was changed there was an email sent to me but no options to deny the request or revert the changes. Going through IG help has provided no help or links to support. There are no support forms to fill out or ways to verify my identity. I could only fill out a copyright infringement form. That resulted in my IG page being removed. Now my hijacked IG page is gone. It seems there is no customer service, only bots responding to my pleas for help. The forms provided to fill out are labeled for "feedback," not for any real customer support.
I make an amazing product and would happily gift some in trade, or pay what I can in cash. If there is anyone out there that has connections to someone at FB who can help a local women owned business, Please respond.
