Arizona Service & Installation has an IMMEDIATE opening for a lead installer position. Experience: We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, go-getter that is willing to work a fast-paced job and able to perform tasks individually or as part of a team. Must be self-disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining efficiency, quality, and meeting deadlines. • You need to be comfortable with ladders and lifts as well as the ability to use simple hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, etc. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Professional, upbeat, positive attitude. • Keeping calm in stressful situations. • Sharp attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as an integral team member. • Mechanical and installation background needed. Skillsets: • Must be prepared for all aspects of a job. • Leadership qualities, organization, and a positive attitude. • General knowledge of hardware and safe use of hand tools and power tools. • Problem solving skills and ability to evaluate, diagnose and recommend best solutions. • Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting (up to 75 lbs.). • Must be able to read work orders and follow instruction. • Good communication skills – both oral and written. • Ability to work extended hours including weekend and evening hours when necessary. • Ability to work out of state which may include weekend and evening hours when necessary. • Comply with various safety standards as set forth by clients and industries. • Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines. Compensation: • $20-$24 per hour to start (depending on experience) • May be eligible for overtime. • May be eligible for bonus pay. • Employer to contribute 50% toward individual health insurance premiums after 90 days. • Dental/Vision coverage available with low monthly cost to employees.
