eSalon is an LA based beauty brand creating custom hair color kits. We are seeking Production Associates to help dispense and pack orders during our busy season at our El Segundo Manufacturing Facility. The shift is 6AM-2:30PM, Monday-Friday. As an essential business eSalon has been open and thriving in a safe and healthy work environment throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Be assured you will be joining a state-of-the-art facility setting the standard for health and safety as all employees are required to social distance, wear a mask and submit to weekly testing. Seasonal Production Associates will be hired through our staffing partner AppleOne. What You'll Be Doing: Support of all day to day packing operations in our manufacturing facility including but not limited to the following: - Packing orders at a reasonable speed while meeting quality standards - Demonstrating impeccable attention to detail on all packaging procedures including instructions, bottle label, brochures, etc. - Provide support for all other production tasks and cleaning/organization of workstations - Responsible for restocking shipping labels or any necessary products at the sourcing stations - Supporting sourcing by opening all developer boxes and restocking the stations - Assisting in shrink wrapping all outgoing pallets prior to shipping - Breaking down all boxes on the production side while utilizing the box cutters in a safe manner - Ensuring there is always adequate amounts of instruction paper at each station - Responsible for additional projects (to be assigned by the department manager) to develop and enhance the effectiveness of the production facility Requirements: - Detail-Oriented - Good Communication Skills - Self-Motivated - Excellent work ethic - Able to work with minimal supervision - Able to execute tasks in an ever-changing environment - Exercise sound judgment and ability to work effectively with a diverse workforc Benefits: - $16 hourly compensation, paid weekly - Complementary food and beverages - Free on-site parking - Clean, safe work environment Please reply with your resume- Thanks!
