Etc **COVID-19 PROCEDURE** Classes are taught at the place of residence of the student, or in an agreed upon place conducive to lessons. I am fully vaccinated and have my vaccine card and bring it to all lessons! Teacher: Taylor Age: 27 Experience Level: Self Taught. I have been playing for over 18 years and have been giving lessons for the better half of the last 7 years. I also went to school at Miramar College for Audio Production and Engineering and work as a sound engineer. I have taught all age groups and love teaching guitar. My students have a very high success rate whether that be that they are in elementary or middle school and need a tutor for their music classes, or a middle aged man looking to pick up a new hobby in their free time. Everyone learns and progresses because I outline a concise and practical plan of learning that entails at home practice times, diagrams of scales and chords to study, as well as answering questions via text if you are stumped and studying. I usually start out by asking what it is that you want to learn and why you want to learn the guitar. If you want to learn songs that you listen to we can easily get you started learning your favorite songs that you've always wanted to learn how to play. If you want to start with the basic chords and basic scales that can be arranged as well. If you've already been playing for a while and want to take your soloing or music theory knowledge of the guitar to the next level, I can teach that too. My knowledge of the modes on the guitar as well as the scales, chords, improvisation, plethora of songs, goes on ad infinitum. I very much look forward to our first lesson!
