PURPOSE Work closely with our sales team to provide excellent customer service by processing and fulfilling incoming sales orders efficiently with the highest standard of quality in mind. Check outgoing merchandise and ensure all orders arrive as expected and complete. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Complete orders by accurately picking merchandise and creating shipments Process and fulfill incoming sales orders Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise Maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels based on sales trends and product lead times Monthly Physical Inventory counts Maintain a safe and clean work environment Additional responsibilities may be required as necessary. Educational Requirements: High School diploma Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant shipping receiving or inventory experience Skills: Operate Inventory Control Software Conducting physical inventory Forklift operation Analyzing and reporting information Excellent judgment and reasoning Time Management Excellent communication Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting Work Environment: Environmentally uncontrolled Warehouse; hot and cold Physical Demands: Walking lengthy distances in a warehouse environment Carrying heavy bags and packages Standing for lengthy time Communicate by listening and talking
