Competent reliable person needed to help with maintenance and operation of two rental houses in the South Valley near Isleta & Rio Bravo Blvd. Must be honest and good communicator. Must be able to inspect property to determine any repair or cleaning needs and to take photos and send to owner and to either do the needed work or coordinate others doing it. Strictly part time and occasional. Ideally, you will live within 10 miles or less of I-25 and Rio Bravo Blvd. in the South Valley.
