Overview We are a cutting-edge taste test company with a large commercial kitchen and focus group capabilities, to create the ultimate food research experience for our clients and participants. We are seeking a Facility Manager/Assistant Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring the facility is prepared, staffed, and maintained for various market research engagements. Responsibilities & Duties • Coordinate with research team to develop and execute research plans. • Be on-site during all research engagements, and assist the research team as needed. • Manage facility & supplies: o Cleanliness and organization of facility overall. o Inventory/ordering of service supplies. o Overseeing maintenance of food preparation, holding and storage equipment. o Manage outside vendors for maintenance tasks. • Receive product deliveries, including handling, documenting, and communication of the contents to the research team. Education & Experience • Seeking a minimum of 5-years’ experience in any of the following: restaurant/foodservice, market research, or office/facility management. • Bachelor's degree preferred • Taste test experience a plus. Physical Requirements • This role requires physical activity including receiving deliveries, general cleaning, moving and setting-up of foodservice equipment. Other Skills & Requirements • Excellent verbal and communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Solid computer skills, experience in Word, Excel, and Power Point a plus. • Driver license in good standing and personal transportation available.
