Callers are more likely to find work than initial texters DON'T CALL if you only bid. I want guys who come READY TO WORK for hourly pay. At first I have small projects for hourly pay or an agreed small amount ($20-$60/project). All materials supplies provided CURRENT small PROJECTS working with the home owner (in order of priority to do): 1. Work with boss to hang/connect mini split indoor heat pump units to outdoor unit. BOSS OWNED/OPERATED INDIANA HVAC CO 32 YRS 2. Caulk, paint indoor room ceiling and clean up ready for room rental use. 3. 1 electric circuit needs diagnosis or a new power source cuz it has a bad neutral somewhere in the circuit. 4. Help boss build unusual Tower like shed three stories tall using unusual welded tube for floor framing. Welding not required, but helpful. 5. Dig approximately 30 ft Trench from new well to existing underground irrigation and other PEX Plumbing. 6. Handy projects like fixing sticky drawers, rehanging cabinet doors, repairing kid's bicycles. 7. Installing laminate floor in hall/foyer between bedrooms. 8. Change oil and filter on minivan. 9. Convert garage to bed and bathroom (the 2nd time/done before). POSSIBLE FUTURE WORK * BID Pole structure car-port for solar roof to become (later) 2-story man-cave * Convert Indiana house garage to 2 bed and bathroom rental units # I never run out of work for a good worker who wants to work *No drug addicts or sex offender history. REQUIRED: * Common tools (related to experience and work history) * Any skilled trade or remodel experience is important.
