Any Private Small Business Lenders?

Hi and thanks for reading. We are looking for working capital for our start-up. We are searching for private lenders because most public lenders want to see revenue statements which we are working on building but are not quite there yet, or they want to base it on your personal credit which we are not willing to do because of a pending mortgage. So, we are looking for $20k ASAP as a business loan. Repeat, this is a loan only and not an investment opportunity in the business or exchange for services. It is, however, a good way to pick up some interest if you are willing to loan the funds. We will sign a written and enforceable contract. We prefer you to be local as we are working with some deadlines on some potential opportunities and would like to be funded quickly. Thank you.
