We are CRC, a commercial property management company. We have maintenance people working on a building in Waterloo, WI which is set to open in April 2022. We are looking for someone to oversee the work of those maintenance people and make sure they have a clear, organized plan for each day. - Please only apply if you are within 20 minutes of Waterloo - 10 hours a week Responsibilities -Come in and inspect the work each morning or evening and set a plan for the following day -Keep track of supplies necessary and ordering ahead of time Requirements - Local - 3 days a week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - Ability to prioritize tasks - Be willing to work some weekends/ be flexible - Prior experience in supervision If you are interested please email [email protected] with your resume
