Rental Clerk Wanted

This role is for someone to join our rental department within our growing company! We rent out mobility products like wheelchairs, knee scooters, and mobility scooters to folks that may need them. Typically our customers are either traveling and visiting Colorado or they maybe had an accident or injury and only need our products temporarily. This role is to make sure they have a wonderful experience with us and get the help they need. We do not have quotas or commissions here - we want you to put the customer in the right product every time without worrying about how it impacts your paycheck. Typical Day: • Taking reservations in person and over the phone using our reservation website. • Handing over products to customers as they come into the store with a short demo to make sure they're comfortable. • Helping them place items in their car (must be able to lift 40lbs) if they need some assistance. • Inspecting and cleaning the rental when it comes back to get ready for the next person. • Keeping a clean and organized store/workspace. • Assisting the rest of your team members when they need it. Minimum Required Qualifications: • Background Check will be performed • High School diploma or GED required • Valid driver’s license. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. • Ability to multi-task effectively. • Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and electronically. Computer Skills: • Ability to use electronic handheld devices. • Basic computer skills. • Basic printing/faxing/scanning.
