framer or cutter/helper for decks and basements

I’m looking to hire a framer or cutter/helper full time to frame basements and decks we also do patio covers in the summer. Single workers are welcome since I can pair you up with someone. Compensation will depend on experience. You must have your own transportation and have your own tools as well like tool bags, saw, etc. I’m looking to hire someone by next week Monday or Tuesday as we are starting a new project.
