We have a male gerbil for adoption. He will need a friend at his new home! He comes with his 40 gallon tank, a food bowl, water bottle, some play sand for his baths, some Aspen shavings (not pictured, it's not a lot) and a full box of hay, almost a full bag of treats, and an almost empty bag of the food he eats. I mix in a "garden mix" of herbs and veggies as well as feed him fresh veggies daily. He's got a cardboard hide, I just replace it every week or two. He also has 3 Terra Cotta hides. He burrows a lot which is fun to watch. He is NOT TAME. While he's never bitten me, he gets very spooked by sudden movement. If you are willing to work with him he could become handleable, but only if you have the patience and a steady hand. Not suitable for small children. Make me an offer!
