Looking to hire and rent to a Building Manager/Custodian of a 15 unit apartment building (Cleveland West side). and occasional repair at several other properties.
Duties Include:
Fire safety checks
maintenance and repair (prefer experience in drywall and carpentry work)
Daily checks, lock up, unlocks
Clean up common areas, grass cutting, trimming and snow shoveling of sidewalks
Assist in showing, allowing access to contractors
Compensation for duties will be exchanged for rent and negotiable additional pay. Security deposit and renter's insurance required. Must reside at the apartment building.
