Want to join our team in creating and maintaining comfortable and safe homes for our residents? We are looking for a Property Maintenance tradesperson to help us maintain a growing number of rental properties. We’ll need you to be a “Jack of many trades” – from picking up trash to cleaning out gutters, drywall repairs, paint touchups, minor appliance maintenance, unclogging toilets, replacing faucets or repairing drains, light electrical work (like switching out fixtures or plugs); assembling furniture, light yard maintenance – no two days will ever be the same! Ideal candidate will also be experienced with installing interior and exterior trim, doors and windows, but not necessary. Training available if there are a few things on the list you’ve never done before! We’re looking for someone that will work well independently, with integrity and trustworthiness. 20-30 hours a week, may increase to 40 hours over time
