MUST HAVE: Your own transportation to, from job sites, a valid driver's license, SSN/EIN for a 1099 and your own tools. This business is a property maintenance and renovation company. We do work all over Central Florida and having YOUR OWN transportation to various job sites throughout the day is a must.
