I am traveling to Monterrey or San Miguel Mexico on February 26th to scope out a place to use as a base while IU do some traveling for the next year. I am looking for someone who can help me with all of the basic tasks while I am there and possibly negotiate a lease if I find a place. Pay will be negotiable but will include travel, lodging and meals. Must speak Spanish obviously, have a valid passport, and be willing to be gone at least 2 weeks.
