Landscape Supervisor For Private Estate – Lemon Heights/Tustin Hills 3 Acre Family Residence. Supervise 2 Landscape Technicians. Pay is $6,000 - $8,000/month. 40 hours per week, 7am – 3:30pm, M  F. Supervisor will direct two other persons and participate in landscape conversions and regular maintenance. CA Landscape Contractors License preferred. 5 years minimum experience demonstrating substantial knowledge of landscape material, equipment, plants, irrigation and valves. Installation of drip lines and manage irrigation control systems. Small areas of the property have been converted to drought tolerant with drip irrigation. The intent is to convert larger sections which include flat areas and slope. Possess hardscape skills. Benefits include: Medical-Vision-Dental health plans are available but not required; the employee pays 21% of the premium (about $157 per month) and the employer pays about $590 per month; 401K is available. After 60 days on the job, each year there are: 6 paid holidays; 3 – 7 paid sick days depending upon years employed; 10 paid vacation days are earned each year. Clothing allowance for shirts, boots and winter jacket. Payroll is each other Friday by direct deposit to your bank account with appropriate state/federal deductions. No smoking onsite. Return personal calls during lunch or break. Conducting a private business during the work schedule would not be possible. Personal use of your cell phone is during lunch and breaks. CA driver’s license and standard rating insurance. Vehicle mileage reimbursement at Federal level when using personal vehicle for employer’s needs.
