Wanted: Sexton for St. James's Episcopal Church, Hyde Park NY. Job is part-time 18-20 hours a week during the morning. The job mostly involves cleaning of facilities/buildings: bathrooms, sweeping, mopping of floors and vacuuming; in addition to simple maintenance: outdoor clean-up, changing light-bulbs Et cetera.
