Kid’s charcuterie workshop (Ages 8-12) Our famous classes are back and we’re super excited! We have to admit that our kids classes have been missed the most and are the most fun for us and our students. Since we’ve had the most requests for our charcuterie board classes - we’re going to start with that! Our kid’s charcuterie workshop includes: 8” platter 4-5 cheese varieties 3 cured and uncured meats Fresh & dried fruits Crackers And some fun stuff… More importantly, your child will learn much more than how to just put a board together. They will learn about the lengthy and distinguished history behind what charcuterie means and how it has evolved over hundreds of years. Parents, by the time they get back to you, they will be charcuterie experts! *If the class is not filled by the class date we may refund your full fee, or delay the class until it is full. *In accordance with local regulations, students are required to wear masks during the class.
