Looking for a Full time energetic, self-motivated Landscaper with good communication skills to work at a condominium complex on the Waianae Coast. The Landscaper will be performing a variety of general landscaping work in order to properly maintain our property. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: - Must be able to pass a background check - Must be able to pass a drug screening - Must have general knowledge and experience with Riding mower, Weed whackers and blowers. - Must be able to maintain company tools and keep shop in clean and organized manner. - Must be hard working, flexible, and team-oriented. **We work long hours outside in the hot sun and get very dirty** - Lift 50lbs or more - Pool Maintenance a plus but not required (will train) Responsibilities: General yard maintenance. Mow and weed whack. Trim and prune hedges and trees. Rake and sweep debris. Pull weeds and spray pest/herb/fungicide. Motorized blower. Work effectively with team members and management. Operate standard landscaping maintenance tools and equipment. Perform other duties as required by your Supervisor. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00AM-4:00PM (May fill in weekends) Starting Pay: $11.50 Benefits: Medical Dental Vacation and Sick leave.
