This class is so fun! Bring nothing (except maybe a friend!) You will take home a beautiful cake no matter your talent level! From novices to experienced bakers, everyone has a great time with the Sugarfuse! team helping as much (or as little) as needed, and everyone learns a few tips along the way. MASK REQUIREMENTS: Out of an abundance of caution, our staff will be wearing masks and we ask that you do as well. We provide baked and pre-sliced cakes, strawberry buttercream, berries, chocolate, ganache, and all tools required. We'll show you a few tips to take chocolate dipped strawberries to a new level. We'll demonstrate every action with real world sensibilities so that you can recreate this cake at home in the future, or riff on it and create your own materpieces! At the end of the class, we box up your cake to take home and share your talents with everyone! Price is per cake - an adult can accompany a child without paying for 2 spots - but please give us a head's up so that we know how many seats to have available.Cakes are our Signature Chocolate flavor and 6" in diameterWe'll stack the cakes using layers of our scratch made Strawberry ButtercreamEach cake will get 8-12 strawberries (depending on size)We dip the berries in chocolate from Eiler's Candy Shop (so good!)At the end of the workshop we box up your cake to take home with youREFUND POLICY: We bake cakes, supply icing, berries, ganache etc, for every ticket sold. No cash refunds, but tickets are transferable if you cannot attend. Please keep us updated if something unforseen comes up. Most of our events have a waiting list so it's possible (but not guaranteed) that we can put you in touch with someone who would want to purchase your spot from you if you don't have a friend or family member who wants to.
