JOB FAIR: JANUARY 14TH, 2022, FROM 10 AM TO 4 PM ADDRESS: 109 WEST 38TH STREET, NEW YORK, NY 10018 Brooklyn-based grocery delivery start-up is looking for couriers and picker-packers to work in various locations across Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. Bring your positive attitude and passion for food to this steady and consistent hourly position with rapid room for growth. Fridge No More Inc is a dynamic, Brooklyn-based start-up specializing in the timely, accurate, and environmentally friendly delivery of groceries in 15 minutes or less. We’ve experienced significant growth over the past few months and are looking for additional couriers and picker-packers! If you have a great attitude, are punctual, and have previous warehouse experience, we want to talk to you! What you'll need: Be over 18 years old with U.S. work authorization. Pass a background check. Be confident riding a bike/scooter. Be able to carry up to 40 pounds. Be tech-savvy (using Google Maps and other apps). Know NYC well (experience doing deliveries). Be punctual and reliable. Be attentive and detail-oriented. Be fast! Be a team player and be collaborative. Be a self-starter with little to no need for direct supervision. Be well-versed in basic English (understand written instructions) Be polite. Be okay with wearing branded clothing. Be proactive. History of delivery experience. Excellent level of customer service (preferred). Have at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine (required). What you'll do: Deliver groceries to customers in 15 minutes or less via electric bike or electric scooter. Help with general warehouse upkeep and other tasks as needed.
