Position Description: Performs BASIC electrical, plumbing, mechanical, heating, carpentry, and plastering/painting work. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Keeps building grounds and common areas clean and in a safe condition • Ensure garbage and recycled items are placed for pick up in accordance with the city sanitation schedule • Responds to emergency calls Requirements: Car for transportation *Salary/Pay negotiable based on experience*
