I run a well kept spacious rehearsal/work space in the basement of the building between Jay and Pearl street and Front and Water street in Dumbo. I am on the Pearl Street side, address 65 Pearl. The building is one block from the F Train York Street stop, and down the hill from the AC Train High Street stop. Five other band/individuals share in the space. We have a good dynamic for cooperation and have an opening for one or two more band/individuals to join. The standard deal is $250/mo for 6 reserved hours on the weekly calendar (we use Google Calendar) and access to the room on off hours, which there is plenty of. Also included is space for the storage of a reasonable amount of equipment. This arrangement can be modified to suit needs but please - only inquire if you are serious and looking to make a long term commitment. The room has FiOS, a shared bathroom down the hall, full p.a. and backline for "plug-in" rehearsals, and elevator access to a loading dock on the first floor.
