The Ashé Community Health Workers invite you to a day of wellness featuring FREE COVID vaccinations, COVID testing, and more! Presented in partnership with the New Orleans Musicians’ Clinic, The Blood Center, New Orleans East Hospital, Together New Orleans, and Together Louisiana, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Wellness is just one of our responses to alarming health disparities in the New Orleans community, particularly in low-income communities of color. Due to the rampant institutionalized racism in our healthcare system, accessing quality care can be much more difficult for some of us.
