2022 Central States District Spring Competition & Convention Welcome back to barbershop! We hope that you will join us for the 2022 spring convention, the first we've had in two and a half years! Come join your friends at the biggest barbershop event in the midwest. The headquarters hotel will be the beautiful Hyatt Regency hotel, with all competition events taking place at the gorgeous Orpheum Theater. This convention will involve those contests that occur at our usual spring convention, including our District Senior Championship, District Youth Championship, Plateau I and Plateau II Chorus Championships, as well as determining our quartet representatives for the international contest this July in Charlotte! Also new to this year- looking for a place where your group can sing, but not interested in competing? We are opening up our quartet semi-finals and chorus sessions for non-competition groups as well! Your group will be a part of the session, but no scores or evaluations will be given. Just come and sing for one of the most appreciative audiences around! 2022 marks the 76th anniversary of the Central States District. We hope that you will be with us to celebrate the rich heritage of CSD, and to mark the return of in-person singing!
