Local Real Estate company is looking to hire a part time handyman ASAP. The hours will vary but will increase after 90 days You can work day or night and set your own hours. The pay is $18-$28/hour depending on experience and availability. Your Tasks will involve completing minor punch list items at various furnished properties around town. For example: installing new door knobs or locks, shelving, assembling furniture, unboxing supplies and furnishings, Setting up/installing TVs and Internet Routers, Installing Ring Door Bells, breaking down cardboard, taking out trash, completing minor repairs on the properties, Basic Maintenance Tasks (Changing out HVAC Air Filters) and helping with staging property furniture, moving and lifting items up to 100+ pounds, etc Ability to follow instructions and have a Knowledge of general carpentry and repair. Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Maintain Excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be at least 18 years old You must have your own reliable transportation, Smart Phone, tools and work as an independent contractor. Must be able to pass Criminal Background check. Must have the ability to perform basic handyman Duties Physical Abilities: Prolonged periods standing and walking. Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
