The Great Resignation continues, and frustration related to staffing lingers. On the bright side, there are many qualified individuals who are seeking a career opportunity with an organization that fits their brand. Maybe they just need a little encouragement to join your team! As your organization’s top ambassador, we’ve developed a program that will help you to reach those prospective partners. The Hobart Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present Interview Advantage, an informative and impactful career event for employers and job seekers! In addition to on-site interview opportunities for job seekers, simultaneous workshops relating to interviewing skills and networking techniques will take place. Complimentary “head shots” for job seekers AND employers will also be available! We hope that you, or a representative from your organization, will join us on Thursday, March 10, 2022, from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM at Southlake Mall in Hobart, IN for Interview Advantage! We’ll help to draw the audience and you take it from there! Cost to chamber members is only $199 to participate and $249 for non-member associates.
