Restoration and Reconstruction company with offices in Pompano Florida is seeking Project Manager / Experienced Estimator with at least 3 years of experience working for a General Contractor on residential and commercial construction projects. We need a well-qualified project manager/estimator. The ideal candidate must be well versed in water mitigation, mold remediation and residential remodeling. Extreme proficiency with Xactimate is a must. You must be fluent in English and Spanish. Deal with Permits/Inspectors/Engineers/Clients. Making sure jobs are on time and on budget. Always a good attitude and on time. Candidate must possess good communication skills and leadership abilities. Experienced to plan projects from startup - from conception to completion - and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for estimating, budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right person.
