Commercial Construction Estimator/ Project Manager wanted: Croy Contracting, Inc. is a class “A” general contractor specializing in commercial renovation and repair projects throughout Virginia and North Carolina. A significant part of our volume includes multiple projects a year, from small repairs to the one million dollar range, for an established core of well-known significant business firms. Several projects are done with no formal plans and require a site visit, creating a scope of work, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors and preparing a detailed estimate and quotation to the Owner. In most cases, you will also be the Project Manager enjoying an exceptional sense of accomplishment from seeing the project thru from conception to final completion. Salary is subject to qualifications. Company benefits are provided. Some travel is required.
