Please see event participation details below - Event Location: 290 Broadway, Lobby, New York, NY 10007 Event Date: Wednesday, January 12, 2022 Event Time: 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. EST Requested Arrival Time at Building: 10:30 A.M. Expected Number of Attendees: Shifts of 10-12 at a time btw. fair hours Type of Charity Participation: "IN-PERSON" EVENT, Speaking to Federal Employees; Hand Out Flyers, Swag for Federal Employees (e.g. pens, magnets, bags etc.) Amenities For Charities: Table & Chair; No Accommodations Available for Visual Presentations Type of Event: Charity Fair Security Instructions: Photo I.D. Required Upon Entry; Screening Upon Entry to Building! Health/Safety Protocol: Masks Stay On At All Times; Social Distancing If someone from your organization will be available and able to participate; please register with the name and contact information of the person who will available on the date/time of this event! PLEASE NOTE: This is an invitation and "not" an attendance confirmation! Your charity’s participation at this event is "not" guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from us! Organizations responding "Yes" to this invite are then selected via a randomizer which is per OPM regulations.
