Office Cleaner within Industrial Site 12pm to 8pm Shift Monday Thru Friday $17.00 per hour Bi-Monthly Pay Period - Automatic Bank Deposit Must have your own reliable transportation. Location is not on bus route I am seeking the right person to learn all aspects of the job and to move into my position as Day Porter by July 2022. Need someone who is reliable, consistent and not afraid of work. This is not a hard job, but is not a sit on your back side job either. Must be willing to work. This location is a coal processing plant and therefore is a dirty environment. Our job is to maintain the multiple office environments within the plant. This person will use company vehicle to drive to 5 building locations with the plant. The Day Porter position maintains the main Administration Building during day shift, in addition to inventory stock and scheduling of detail cleaners and over sight of all buildings Duties include: Vacuuming, Mopping, Wiping Down Surfaces and Trash Collection Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs and walk up stairs. Will use back pack style vacuum Will use company vehicle, therefore must have valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance. (Any accidents are covered under employer's insurance)
