Seeking an honest, sober/ clean, reliable, handyperson / property manager to help with various property maintenance jobs, such as: changing locks, fixing toilets, fixing windows, hanging doors, installing windows, cleaning, cleaning gutters, installing carpet or flooring, lighting hot water tanks, lighting, space heaters, changing thermocouples, changing lights, changing smoke detectors, putting out trash and bulk items, faucet repair, drain cleaning/ unclogging, caulking, painting, light bulb changing, apartment turn around, carpet cleaning, flooring installation, carpet installation, snow shovelling / salting / sanding, yard care, carpentry, etc. You do not need to know how to do all of these things. You will learn some of them on the job. Of course other skills would also be useful. Pay is competitive and will depend on experience and proven work ethic/ skills. All work is in the New Bedford Area
