This is the largest College Heights PTO fundraiser of the year and funds a significant portion of the overall PTO budget and programming. ABOUT COLLEGE HEIGHTS College Heights Early Childhood Learning Center is a model program for early childhood education for city of Decatur children from birth through Pre-K. As a City of Decatur school, College Heights works with the Community Development Institute (CDI) in making valuable early childhood resources available to disadvantaged and special needs children in the Early Head Start and Head Start Programs.
