Guided tour of four beers paired with four grilled Argentinean meats cooked by Asadito food truck. Includes chimichurri & bread. This is a lunch event for beer loving adults. We feature four Hugger Mugger beers (5 oz pours) with four grilled meat offerings from Asadito food truck which specializes in authentic, grilled Argentinean foods. Hugger Mugger staff and owners will guide you through the pairing & answer any questions about the beer or pairing beer and foods. Includes a complimentary Hugger Mugger glass and full pour of your choice of beer after the meal. All plates will be served with sliced baguette and a serving of chimichurri. Both we will refill as necessary as the bread will help cleanse and transition. Each meat option will be roughly 4 oz servings. The menu includes: Entraña - Skirt steak slow cooked and topped with chimichurri Chorizo - Traditional Argentine sausage. Beef and pork mix sausage marinated and seasoned accompanied with chimichurri Lemon Chicken - Tender chicken marinated with a lemon garlic medley Matambre a la Pizza (Flank Steak Pizza) - Flank steak slow cooked and covered with a tomato based sauce, melted Monterey jack cheese, ham and finished with fresh tomatoes and oregano Note - classes are one hour each starting at noon and at 1pm.
