Press release from the City of Salem: January 6, 2022 The City of Salem has been informed that, due to the forecast of inclement weather, the state's two "Stop the Spread" COVID-19 testing sites in Salem will not be open on Friday, January 7th. These are state-operated sites, hosted in the City of Salem, but under the management of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and its contractor, not the City of Salem.
